1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Tangle Technologies, Inc. ("Tangle," "we," "us," or "our"), including our websites (tangle.tools, app.tangle.tools, ai.tangle.tools, cloud.tangle.tools), APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

Tangle provides AI-powered development tools, cloud sandboxes, deployment infrastructure, and related services for software development.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

You may need to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe on intellectual property rights.
• Transmit malware or malicious code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Use the Services to harm, harass, or defraud others.
• Reverse-engineer or decompile the Services (except as permitted by law).
• Use the Services for cryptocurrency mining without authorization.
• Overload or disrupt the Services.

6. Intellectual Property

Your content

You retain ownership of content you create using the Services. You grant Tangle a limited license to host, store, and process your content solely to provide the Services.

Our content

The Services, including software, documentation, and branding, are owned by Tangle and protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Payment and Billing

Certain Services require payment. Fees are described on our pricing page. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in a specific service agreement.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when feasible.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for any data you upload or process through the Services. The runtime redactor scrubs credentials, payment-card numbers, and government identifiers from outbound model-vendor calls and our internal logs before transmission; see the Privacy Policy for full detail.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon termination, your data will be handled per our Data Retention and Disposal Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TANGLE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Tangle from claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms and will notify users of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
